Chris helped me find the perfect property in Fishtown and I could hardly be happier with the place or his service as my buyer agent. Chris is an amazing agent. During my first showing, Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the house and went through every part of the home that was substandard as it was a flip and some of the construction was shotty. After that, Chris and I continued to work together. He was extremely responsive, we spoke late, early, and even on weekends. Chris made sure that I could ask any and all of my questions (even my silly ones). Chris immediately scheduled an entire tour day where we saw 10 houses and even went back to the one I liked a second time on the same day. Chris ran comparables on the home and neighborhood before putting in an offer to ensure that the appraisal later wouldn't be an issue. After putting in an offer, Chris worked with me every single step of the way.

I cant recommend Chris enough, especially as a first time homebuyer on a tight budget. He took me on countless house tours, answered any questions quickly and explained the many things to look out for as a buyer. His negotiation skills were invaluable when the right opportunity popped up and there were several other offers made from other buyers. And then again later, when issues arose while under contract and Chris was able to re-negotiate the terms in my favor. He also has a solid network and set me up with great people for mortgage, home inspection, insurance, and electrical work.
